Purpose and acceptance
LoafyCat is an online marketplace operated by AZURE STAR RESOURCES. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the underlying cat accommodation or pet-care service is supplied by an independent Provider. By creating an account, submitting or accepting a booking, purchasing a subscription or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policy applicable to the relevant service.
Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly update material changes. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or breach of these Terms.
Marketplace role
LoafyCat provides discovery, listing, booking-management and supported payment functionality. Providers are responsible for their listings, licences, prices, availability, animal-care practices and fulfilment of confirmed bookings.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable approval and payment requirements are satisfied. Customers must disclose relevant health, medication and behavioural information. Prices and material conditions are shown before confirmation.
Fees and price changes
Provider subscription prices (including introductory first-month hotel rates where eligible), LoafyCat platform fees on LoafyCat checkout (4% or RM 2 minimum per checkout for cat hotels on paid LoafyCat checkout plans; 12% or RM 2 minimum per checkout for cat sitters on LoafyCat checkout), and minimum package sale prices, are displayed on the Pricing page, Provider dashboard, or Services and Pricing. LoafyCat platform fees are borne by the Provider. LoafyCat may revise prices or fees prospectively with reasonable advance notice; completed transactions and paid periods are not changed retrospectively.
Cancellations, liability and law
Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
