Provider eligibility
Providers must provide accurate business, contact, outlet, licence and service information and maintain any approvals required for their activities. Providers are responsible for lawful, safe and humane care.
Listings and fulfilment
Providers control their prices, packages, availability, house rules and disclosed cancellation conditions. Listings must be current and not misleading. Providers must fulfil confirmed bookings or promptly notify LoafyCat and affected Customers.
Subscriptions and fees
Cat hotel and cat sitter plans, introductory first-month hotel pricing, and monthly renewal prices are described in the Services and Pricing and Subscription and Renewal Terms. Cat hotels on paid plans that use LoafyCat checkout bear the current LoafyCat platform fee of 4% or RM 2 per checkout, whichever is higher. Cat sitters using LoafyCat checkout bear the current LoafyCat platform fee of 12% or RM 2 per checkout, whichever is higher. Package sale prices must meet the minimum stated in Services and Pricing. LoafyCat platform fees are subject to prospective changes with notice.
Complaints and suspension
Providers must cooperate with complaint, safety, payment and legal reviews. LoafyCat may limit, suspend or remove listings where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention or serious breach.
