Plans and billing
Cat hotel: Free Hotel RM0 (up to 1 outlet and 2 packages); Pro Hotel RM88 per month; Business Hotel RM288 per month; Business Hotel Unlimited RM488 per month (limits as shown before purchase). Cat sitter: RM0 monthly subscription. Eligible new cat hotel accounts may pay a reduced first month on the first paid upgrade (Pro RM19, Business RM49, Unlimited RM149) as described in Services and Pricing; renewal is at the standard monthly rate. Paid hotel subscriptions are billed monthly.
Manual and automatic renewal
Providers may choose manual renewal or automatic monthly renewal where supported. Automatic renewal authorises the displayed charge using the supported payment method. Providers may disable automatic renewal; doing so stops future renewal charges but does not end the current paid period.
Expiry, upgrades and downgrades
On expiry without renewal, a cat hotel account may move to Free Hotel. Excess listings may become inactive but will not be automatically deleted solely for expiry. Existing confirmed bookings remain accessible and must be fulfilled. Plan changes display the applicable subscription price (including any eligible introductory first-month rate) and effective date before confirmation.
Refunds and price changes
Subscriptions are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. LoafyCat may change subscription prices and LoafyCat platform fees with reasonable advance notice. Paid periods and completed transactions are not retrospectively repriced.
