Cat hotel: Free Hotel RM0 (up to 1 outlet and 2 packages); Pro Hotel RM88 per month (3 outlets, 15 packages); Business Hotel RM288 per month (10 outlets, 50 packages); Business Hotel Unlimited RM488 per month (unlimited outlets and packages). Cat sitter: RM0 monthly subscription with no fixed package cap. Features, limits and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase.
Introductory hotel plan pricing
New cat hotel accounts may subscribe to a paid plan at a reduced first-month rate: Pro Hotel RM 19, Business Hotel RM 49, or Business Hotel Unlimited RM 149 (once per account on the first paid upgrade). Renewal is at the standard monthly price shown at checkout (Pro RM 88, Business RM 288, Business Unlimited RM 488 unless revised prospectively).
Online payment fee (cat hotels)
For cat hotels on paid plans that use LoafyCat checkout, the current LoafyCat platform fee is 4% of the applicable booking payment amount or RM 2 per checkout, whichever is higher, and is borne by the Provider. Free Hotel listings that use pay-host-direct flows are not charged this platform fee on those off-platform payments. For a RM100 LoafyCat checkout booking on a paid hotel plan, the current fee is RM4 before other adjustments; for a RM3 checkout, the fee is RM2.
Online payment fee (cat sitters)
Cat sitter Providers that accept bookings through LoafyCat checkout bear a LoafyCat platform fee of 12% of the applicable booking payment amount or RM 2 per checkout, whichever is higher. The fee is borne by the Provider and may be deducted from amounts otherwise payable to the Provider. For a RM100 booking, the current fee is RM12 before other adjustments.
Customer accommodation pricing
Accommodation and care package sale prices set by cat hotel and cat sitter Providers must be at least RM 3. Optional add-ons may be priced lower. Customers can view the applicable price and additional charges before confirming a booking. LoafyCat may revise Provider subscription plan prices and LoafyCat platform fees prospectively with reasonable advance notice. Net Provider payouts after LoafyCat checkout may also be affected by payment-processor fees as described in the Payment Policy.
